EXPERIENCE:
C. Design, Permitting and Construction Inspection of Natural Systems
Seagrass Recovery – Utilizing AutoCAD, Ms. Christoff created a Seagrass Mitigation/Restoration
Area map using data provided by environmental engineer as well as Sediment Tube layout plan.
Pahokee Eco Island Permitting - Provided figures for permitting of Recreational Islands, wave
attenuators and shore protection. Cross sections of existing canals for dredging material
calculations were created using AutoCAD.
Florida (East and West Coast) Beach Re-nourishment Feasibility Studies – Working with
Coastal Engineers producing graphics to support feasibility studies as well as developing
construction plans for the re-nourishment of Florida beaches on the east and west coast.
Working also for biologist and company scientist to produce graphics for bathymetric surveys
conducted in large bodies of water for Environmental Impact and Marine studies.
Fort McPherson Interim Remedial Action Project - An environmental cleanup project, Mrs.
Christoff was tasked to work closely with the environmental engineer to provide a site
preparation plan showing silt fence layout, preferred stock pile locations, treatment cells and
screening plant location.
Wetland and Upland Biological Impact Survey Graphics - After biological surveys were
performed in the field, Ms. Christoff created GIS maps using AutoCAD and ArcGIS to indicate
areas of aquatic and land vegetation for the purpose of measuring impacts and querying data on
owned properties for the City of Broward County. Graphics to support data was also generated.
Wetland Delineation/Mitigation Surveys - AutoCAD and ArcGIS software was utilized by Ms.
Christoff to provide maps delineating wetlands to be mitigated in areas of Florida, Georgia,
North and South Carolina by digitizing the wetlands and providing accurate area/acreage data.
Teco/Peoples Gas - Utilizing Microstation, Ms. Christoff was responsible for converting
outdated board drafted gas line location maps into CAD digital maps for locating use in field
computers.
AER Test Boring/Ashland Tara - Using AutoCAD, Ms. Christoff provided site civil layouts and

project, providing geographical northing and easting of all test borings using field data. As-Built
charting for test boring results were also provided.
A. Water, Conveyance Systems: Design, Permitting and Construction Inspection
Everglades C-111 – Working with the design team, Ms. Christoff was responsible for the site
preparation/demolition plans, cross section and detail sheets in plan set using digital
orthophotography aerials, topographic survey data.
Everglades EAA-A1 FEB – Ms. Christoff was instrumental in the site civil engineering
planning, design and review for the 15,000 acre reservoir area consisting of levee and
reservoir planning and design & 8 water control structures, planning and design for canal
dredging, widening and bank stabilization. During the engineering economics studies, Ms.
Christoff insured accurate take offs were performed to verify the quantity of materials
(earth, concrete, etc.) for the project. Also, Ms. Christoff worked closely with engineers and
topographic survey data to provide accurate areas to be demolished and degraded with
supporting cross sections. Other responsibilities included quality control and Dr. checks
responses of the plan set, which were generated at 30, 60, 90 and 100 percent each time
increasing in detail.
General Chemical Drainage Improvements – Working with environmental engineer designing
drainage improvement system and pond. Plan set included Erosion control plan, site plan layout,
produced various detail drawings for riprap flume, grass swales and atrium grates.
Florida Turnpike Enterprises – Ft Drum Plaza Waste Water Treatment Plant – Complete plan
set of waste water treatment plant including site preparation, project plan and profile sheets,
cross sections and details. Work with mechanical contractor drawings to produce elevation
details for lift stations, fire pumps with housing and all related mechanical equipment to be used
in plant. Work closely with the E.D.C. engineer to produce As-Built drawings.
Florida Turnpike Enterprises - Ft Drum Plaza Retention Pond – AutoCAD drawings created for
proposed re-design of retention pond to support new waste water treatment plant.
Belle Glade Navigational Lock – Ms. Christoff was instrumental with CAD support for the
purpose of site civil engineering plan set, elevation details, cross sections and QA/QC.
L-28 Weir – Complete set of plans for sheet pile weir crossing the L-28 canal in Broward County,
Florida. Plan set included a site layout plan, detail elevations showing boring sample for east and
west canal banks, weir and concrete cap elevation, riprap where applicable and boat barrier.
